I ordered from banggood on the 08.11. but no shipping date in sight. Does anybody know if there are any problems. It’s just weird how the rollout is progressing thus far. Big thanks in advance.
It’s not due to stock issues but there are logistics issues in Hong Kong at the moment. Just have to wait.

I am so grateful and blown away that mine came so fast (literally a week after release). But that was the exception and I was expecting a mid/late Dec delivery as there seems to be some issues at big freight forwarding centers at stop over countries. Some recent tracking searches of other goods I have ordered (incl from US) have shown 4 to 6 weeks of lost time between departing countries of origin and arriving at destination country.
Yes, due to the worsening situation of COVID in some countries, logistics are an absolute nightmare 
Another 20 years and we will have Star Trek replicators that print up the goods that are emailed to us… Hopefully your watches arrive before then

Thank you for answering the question. I had a quick chat with the support team at banggood and lo and behold the watch has been shipped today but they also warned me that its going to be a christmas present because ETA is 20.12.2020. I am totally fine with this they also confirmed that covid is a huge logistics headache for every parcel service.
What’s a recommended way to configure the prime 2 via screen mirrored to a desktop?

Hello, I’ve my Prime 2 for two days and I am rather satisfied with it.
It took me some time to get Universal Launcher 3.4 and xml skins working together but now it’s ok.
It would be great if at first start Universal Launcher would ask for ALL permissions and other optimization options.
Now I’ve a question for you guys…
I’m plagued with the bad behavior of the touch screen!
I noticed, in Mr Ticks video, that he had many misfired taps when trying to scroll the applist…
For it is barely usable, I try to scroll anything and it always tap an item or another instead!
And it is not only in the applist, it is everywhere…
As I saw nothing about that on the forum I wonder if I have a bad touch screen.
I never had such a problem with my Prime.
Did you factory reset before you started using ?

I have it randomly and rarely. It seems to me to be more when the watch isn’t on my arm, so I’m thinking it may be something with the capacitance in the touch and watch needing to be seated on your skin…

I have the same problem with the bad touchscreen. The scrolling is not smooth and I open an app sometimes.
I have here the Kospet Prime 1, too. This touchscreen is normal. Scrolling smooth and so on.
Is the two charge of Kospet Prime 2 not correct? Pablo, check this by Kospet, please.

People who have scrolling issues:
I have forgotten how many times I have said in this thread, but please try to be patient as the little bugs are worked out.
We know that the screen is a little off sometimes but it is just a matter of tuning the firmware to work without issue on a screen as sensitive and as big as this one.
There was a LOT of work done to change the platform, not just to Android 10 but also the move to 64bit architecture.
So give us a little time please.
We don’t even have the watches yet to collect and test the issues.
So, be assured that these details have been noted and I have talked to the solution provider about them.
Work is in progress.

Another input for the work in progress with the firmware, I’ve been trying some 3rd party camera apps and they don’t seem to interface with the camera properly. Audio records fine, but the image is a flat changing color screen, no matter what resolution or frame rate I’m choosing. Anybody had success with a 3rd party app on video recording? It’s fine for photos, just not working for video (or I’m doing something wrong). My attempts have been with “Open Camera” and “DashCam”. Thanks.
It’s because of the custom work done to achieve the camera being operational in both front facing and forward facing.
Together with some other custom tweaking.
Open camera works for me though.
As long as I grant the permissions

Yep, Open camera started working again after I uninstalled DashCam. Don’t know why, but that fixed it.
