Yesterday I could safely connect and download photos and videos on my computer.
Today, without any reason, an error message comes out. Unrecognized usb.
i have win 7 64bit.
I had exactly the same problem and I can’t offer a solution (yet), I’m sorry. But…
I’m now using an app called SHAREIt and I’m quite happy with it as a workaround. It transfers files using Wifi.
Install the app on your watch and the program on the PC, connect the two and you can transfer 1 or or multiple files or folders from the PC to the watch and vice versa over Wifi.

check in device manager if it detect the watch as an unkown device , btw are the drivers installed?

i followed this guide
but i have windows 7 and it is different. I do not have the voice “android phone”. i have only folder windows/inf, but the procedure fails.
anyware i have detect the watch as an “unknow device”.
and btw driver not installed.
But btw, are bluetooth driver? i would like connect with usb cable.

the guide that i did for the win10 is almost the same as the win7, and no you are not suppose to see your watch as Les1 but as a device on device manager.

if you did'nt insatll drivers or usb mtp then you wo'nt see your watch as LES1 but as an unknown device in "devices manager". 1. install drivers. 2. install usb mtp.

IMPORTATNT: I only have the original dockstation provided with the Lemfo Les1! I do not have a 4-pin usb cable.

it's ok, if that what you got in the package when you bought the watch you do'nt also get the other charger cable just a usb cable which connect to the dock. wait for my guide and see if it works if not then you might have a problem with the dock charger or the cable.

it's ok, if that what you got in the package when you bought the watch you do'nt also get the other charger cable just a usb cable which connect to the dock. wait for my guide and see if it works if not then you might have a problem with the dock charger or the cable.

sorry, did'nt have much time to do it, no, i do'nt have the Les1 watch but the guide should work with it as long the problem is SW and not the charger or the cable.
I have the same issue and so do most people. The dock is the problem.
You need to get a KW88 cable or I3/14 cable - they work perfectly
The standard dock is faulty for most people.
