how do I get apps to work in background even after screen timeout starts on lem 15

I tried this on lemfo lem 15 exactly as you say, and permission to display over other apps and removed battery optimisation for those apps but to no avail 
. (Worked with my previous kospet prime).
When using 3rd party excercise and music app, the apps stop when screen goes off. When using native music app…no problems. But I hate the native music app!

Super thank you for the 1st step I found On the other hand I am trying to find how to activate the dexcom application to always run in the background but I cannot find how to do it. In the authorizations the dexcom application does not appear there, how to make it appear please?
What is the Dexcom ? Is it something you installed ?
