Yes, but the device name in firmware version is I4pro, not I4 or i4air. The firmware version from the quoted post is the exact one I currently have, and would like to be able to go back to. Thanks for your help

We have this one AQR-LAUNCH-I4Pro-1602-Fitness-NHT-V01-20170921.zip 
But not HEHUI version for the Pro.

That's weird ?! I don't know what hehui actually means, but for now elcolombia17 seems to be my only hope to get this hehui firmware, as the one he got from his seller is the exact one I have.

So my question.  Is the firmware listed in the updated download shown above (picture one) for the I4Air the same firmware that was released on this forum on Jan 7 in pablo's post (picture two). Which would mean it is the BT Call update firmware that several posts indicate that it is unstable? If this is true there still is not a stock firmware to flash back to the I4Air should this BT call firmware not work on your watch.

i bought a new i4 air but it got stucked at boot screen i found its firmware here but i dont know how to install it can anyone help me on this.
