But to be honest, I can`t see any message/notice about 2 models of X5+. Please arrange some visible notices in posts with firmwares that there are few brands of 1 model of watch to prevent such situations like mine. Maybe an instruction to check this sign on motherboard before flashing sth.

i will do my best as it seen from the pic most likely there are two models and if so we need to get the firmware for these watch.
***i myself did'nt know that the x5+ has 2 models so i hope other sees this thread and be careful to check first which model they have.
edit: it is now a holiday in China so we need to wait till they return:) as soon as we have the info, i’ll notify you and we’ll post what is needed.

i'm happy it works:) THANKS to Pablo11 who uploaded the rom as soon as i notified him. and yes one model is DDR2 and the other is DDR3. enjoy the watch the best 5.1 android watch for now.....

You should remove metal back from your smartwatch (like you want to put SIM card to the device). Then look at the picture I posted some posts before and compare.
Performace is not the point.
“Newer” technology tends to be cheaper since it is produced in masses in contrast to older, dying technology.
You can bet they are changing to ddr3 since it offers cost and availability advances.
The point i am more concerned about is, that firmware updates/images for ddr2 could be dropped before ddr3.
It would be so easy to implement ddr2/ddr3 auto detection in one common firmware image.
I have no idea why they don’t use state of the art implementation methods.
