Bootloop and stuck

Hi I got the iqi i8 few weeks ago and was impressed until 2 days ago.

It started with automatically rebooting itself during usage occasionally since 2 days ago, to Now it’s just stuck in bootloop forever. Sometimes I can press the button to trigger booting into OS, but it will still be a partial boot and stuck in time clock interface, and I can’t open settings interface to reset or anything , so am really stuck…

Really disappointed, it is otherwise an amazing watch. How can I reset it or get it to recovery mode via adb? Please help,someone? Thanks!

which model do you have? mtk6739 or mtk6737?

which model do you have? mtk6739 or mtk6737?

I think only the prototypes are 6737,rest are 6739 only.

Please correct me if I am wrong.

In Ali Express all are selling as mtk6737.

Gearbest is stting mtk6739.

Don’t know the reason.

Sonia, if I order one now, are there any chances that I get an old model?

I will order from GearBest and they say it’s 6739.

I think I doesn’t matter the model, because probably the mtk6737 will get firmware update online, if I’m not wrong. I don’t mind if there firmware is the 6739, since it is flashable, i just want my watch back😔.

Any update? My version is MTK6739 from Gearbest.com, can you please release official rom here to flash? Also, please post tools and instructions on how to flash. Thanks!

Yes, please , i need stock firmware for 6739 and some instriction on how to flash. Right now the watch is in bootloop mode and i can’t detect it using adb. Thanks!
