Even when booting everything is yellow ?
Then it’s probably HW. Anyway you can try to flash it, if it’s sw that can solve the problem.

you need also to download from firmware section the stock firmware to flash it or download the latest firmware that include the bt call app and just choose upgrade on sp flash tool instead of download only.

i’ve tried already flash and update firmware still same

sadly that means the problem is hardware and not software, sorry.

thank you very much that works fine all there but some bugs in firmware like i cant connect wii waer after update

update the wiiwear\wiiwatch app on google and it should work fine even with the bt calls app.
