Zeblaze Thor 4 watch issue. T-Mobile in US, NO internet data

Hi,

I’m new to the community and hoping someone knows how to fix this issue of mine. Has anyone figured out how to get access to 3g/4gLTE data Internet with Zeblaze Thor 4 or Lemfo Lem7 (4g LTE capabilities)?

The Zeblaze Thor 4 has:

Model Name Zeblaze THOR 4

Network Frequency GSM:850(B5)/900(B8)/1800(B3)/1900(B2)

WCDMA:850(B5))/1900(B2)/2100(B1)

LTE FDD:2100(B1)/1900(B2)/1800(B3)/850(B5)/2600(B7) /800(B20) .Thor 4 should support 4g LTE frequencies with T-Mobile. I’m from Portland, Oregon, and I checked those bands are supported with T-Mobile bands in my area.

I think it has to do with my default APN settings that China has already set up, but I’m unsure how to change it so I have access to my T-Mobile internet data in the USA. With those current default settings, the Thor 4 can receive/make calls, receive/send texts, and use Wi-Fi for the internet. Everything seems to work, but NO T-mobile Internet data connectivity when Wi-FI is off. I use this same sim card for other phones like my S9 Galaxy and I do have data internet connectivity with those phones.

Any guidance or help with this or the APN would be much appreciated. This watch is what I was hoping it to be but kind of a big let-down if I can’t connect the internet on the go. Even my older China Smartwatch would be able to connect to 2G/Edge internet with this SIM card.
I also try force activating cellular data icon and it just takes me to the APN place. To get 3g/4g did you guys edit your APN on the thor4?

what FW version? (in settings/about)

i use 4G with Vodafone in CzechRepublic and not need any change with APN

actualy i have FW 2.5 for LEM7, where is some fix with 4G…

also you can try go into settings/connect/celluar/preferednetworktype
older FW still switch this to 2G

and APN you can change in settings/connect/celluar/accesspointnames

I got it to work now. Thanks man for all the help. Very apprrciated… 4G LTE

Here in the UK if you have an old sim you have to manually set up data and mms but the newer sims have the setting stored in it somewhere, some apps will cause the watch to overheat when updating using cellular data and kill youe battery in a couple of hours

Recently purchhase a thor 4 smart watch in usa, cant make it work on 3g or 4g it only works 2g (slow internet) im currently with t mobile, but tried att and didnt work either! What can i do or settings to make it work at 3g, 4g speed

did you make sure that in networks you set everything? is data connection on? did you check that APNs are there? also check your imei that it is ok, if all yes, install google gesture and make sure taht in data usage there is'nt restricted apps, also you can go to it via settings - more...and there you'll find what you need.
