I wrote tjis post in an attempt to summarize the work that many in this forum have been doing developing APP and watchskin for smartwatches such as my ZBLAZE BLITZ . (sorry for my English)
The game is done! Turn off and reboot your Zblaze Blitz launch the APP you have just installed and you will find all the watchskin you have copied in the ClockSkin directory
.
At this point your ZblazeBlitz will also support the NO.1 D5 smartwatch watchskin
I created a watchskin that, more or less, reproduces the Eberhard Chrono4
. (Which is the image you see in my profile)
Extract the file I attach here and copy the directory that you will get within the ClockSkin folder, watchskin will be so available
At the same time I would like to ask you a question, do you know where to find the spare battery for the ZblazeBlitz?
Many thanks to all of you especially to RICKTOP (contributor of this forum)
Thanks for the steps Francesco! I am new to Android watches and I watched so many videos but I could not get my ZEBLAZE to switch watch faces… Only the standard watch faces work (where you tap and hold the screen and select the PLUS button).
I hope this app that you suggest is easy to use.
I find the writing on the screen is so small I cant read the instructions!
Ricktop - I’ve heard your name mentioned in many videos. Do you by any chance have a video that just explains the basics of using an android watch? I have a Zeblaze and man, I’m clueless! Two days in and I’m thinking this Zeblaze is just a toy, nothing compared to my Iwatch.
One cool thing about my Iphone is its ability to show notifications, weather, time, alarms all on one screen. The new faces interface is seemless i.e. you don’t have to layer app on app to get it working (the way you do with Android).
The Zeblaze doesn’t link to my Iphone etc. Its more of a standalone device, not intended to be used with a smart phone. And the screen is so small its almost impossible to use any standard apps (facebook etc.). So besides telling the time… and having a few cool faces - whats the point?
…mmmmm lets see
Are you able to make a phone-call with your STANDALONE Iwatch? … I do not think so
Believe me, with a $50 smartwatch, like ZblazeBlitz, you can do more and more and more than with a $400 Apple Iwatch … and when my ZblazeBlitz breaks … I throw it and buy another
have fun
bye
Francesco
p.s.
Have you ever tried to hold your Iwatch a few feet underwater? I did it with my ZblazeBlitz and it is still working on my wrist
Austinsteyn suggest you log on to YouTube and search for Smartwatch Ticks. Subscribe to his site. There are more videos than you will ever have time to watch. They cover just about everything. Start with his two basic Smartwatch how to videos and go from there.

Is it possible to add these “.watch” directly to ZeBlaze Blitz? That is, create the ClockSkin folder and change the watch face directly from ZeBlaze Blitz without needing the “ClockSkinCoco” app?
