I downloaded the Youtube app on my LEMFO LEMX and opened it. I click the camera, then “Go Live”. It says to continue I must grant the Youtube app permission to use the microphone. I click the “open settings”. It takes me to settings for the Youtube app. I click “permissions”. This only has 3 things, Camera, Contacts, Storage. The Camera and Storage were already granted. There is no “microphone” permission listed here for me to enable. I try “Contacts” (yes with a WTF) but it does not help. I can not “go live”. Has anyone else been able to? How?
I’m not sure what you mean by "click the ‘open settings’ ". If you mean within the app, close it and try this: Open LemX Settings–>Uninstall Applications–>Youtube. Scroll down to Permissions and click. I expect that like the Phone app, there is a toggle for Microphone.
