I was happy with my X5 plus but after 18 months it starts to do some bizzare things.
Tha smartwatch wake up by itself and do not sleep again resulting in a heating and battery drain. It seems that when it wake up it goes to the emergency call screen, after that some times it will stuck there and in other times it will go to the home screen (watch face).
I have tried to clean the lower button (inside and outside) believing that it’s stuck and it was responsible for this action but without any results. Anyway i don’t think that this button is broken, because you know we don’t use it.
I’ve tried a factory reset without any result.
Anybody have seen this behavior?
