Had watch approx 6 days, buttons are completely dead, middle button does not spring, rest watch but to no avail, anyone experienced this issue?

Mine did not run smooth from day one.
They feel like they get stuck every second.
Unfortunately that’s typical China quality standard.
Did you return it? I have contacted supplier but waiting to hear back

i have never had this type of problem not with the x3+, D5, D5+ or the Q7 and the S1 (the last 2 are also finow watches). you should return it and get new watch or full refund.

I had the same problem (nobody can help me)
So I decided to open my finow x5 plus
Then I see that there is glue under the backcover and between the buttons and the pad. I removed the glue from it and all buttons work fine
(One day ago the watch was very hot. I thing the glue is melted and could flow between the two parts)
