WIP of a Halloween face. I still need to tweak the ticks and hands for a better “flicker” effect.

Very interesting effect. Will it work with Stocklauncher or is it a GIF?

For now, it’s UL 2.6.3. I don’t know how I’d make it flicker using the stock launcher.
