I’ve been tried so many places and even tried to extract myself but nothing working. why this model watch so hard to get firmware?

Yes, In fact, that’s the firmware bricked my watch.

that means that you have the other type HEHUI sadly we do'nt have these watches so we can't test the firmware. i'll see what can be done.

Yes, In fact, that’s the firmware bricked my watch.
When you say it bricked it - do you mean it boots up but your screen stays black or it does not boot at all? Which model do you have exactly? 1gb ram or 2gb ram? HEHUI screen or regular screen?

I have flashed the lastest updated i4 air firmware, I think I have fix it. many thanks tho.

That's good news. I managed to get the new firmware and uploaded it.

The firmware you reference is it the BT Call firmware (AQR-LAUNCH-I4Air-1602-CAMERA-Fitness-HEHUI-NHT-V01-20171121) or the standard , without the BT Call app, firmware?

Thanks. That is why I asked as I have stated, I won't install this firmware on my I4 Air without having the stock firmware as a backup because of my experience with the unreliability of the BT call firmware on both my watches having it installed.

I have the I4 Air. The other watches I have that have it installed are the Zeblaze Thor and H2. My Zeblaze Thor has stopped working completely and I no longer have it available.
