Who makes Full Android Watches?

Hi everybody?
I would like to know if any of the major phone makers eg Sansung, Huawei etc nanufacture Full Ndroud Watches Znd if not, why not? I have tried internet searches for info, but just get inundated with ads for Google Wear watches.
