Which is the best Android application to show battery percentage over any appliation in a full Android smartwatch?

That is useful to monitor the battery charge at any time; even when using other applications. A bonus would be if it also showed time with seconds.

As a solution, I would recommend a watch face with battery percentage. There should be hundreds of suitable watch faces here in the forum.
