I am currently using total launcher. Its very customizable but at the same time a bit too customizable.
I have heard a lot of people prefer nova but I haven’t tried it yet.

Icons can be modified
AOD if needed
Works with clockskins that dont work on stock

Per usability: Niagara Launcher. I’ve been using it for a year or so and I haven’t found anything more comfy to use as a hardcore watch-phone user
