Has anyone able to get the weather information to work on the X5+
My Watch says no weather info and any watch skin that shows the temp reads 0.
Is the weather service info country specific. Is there any way to change
The source.

Thanks , I will give it a go. Just wasn’t sure if weather service was available in Australia.

Google service is not nessesary for weather app, for me it works without GS. Try with GPS and Wifi turned on, and near window or outdoor.

the weather app works with 3g and wifi and gps on the x3+ i’m sure with all others too.

Hi to all,

I found that the weather app only updates on my X5 plus when using wifi hotspot on my phone.

Have not put a sim in the watch yet so not sure if this will work also.

I have tried wifi at home, work, and shopping centres to no avail.

for me it works with 3g and wifi.

It is possible to update weather data automatically (on some period of time, eq 1h)? In my case it updates data (in app and on clockskins) only when I do refresh manually.

Yes manually refresh is meaningless. It should do automatic!!!

Had same issue and i resolved it by rooting the watch with kingroot. It then suddenly started to work (the weather.
P.S. : I do not use a sim in watch. It is working also on bluetooth internet sharing and also on wifi…

i'm sure that it does because your watch is not much different from my x3+ and D5+ and on both even without gps on just 3g or wifi it does update.
