Watchface designer for Phone

Is there a watchface designer for mobile phone, and can one create arraytype 100 fields in it?

No, there is no WFD version for smartphones.
The next WFD version will also need a PC or Mac. However, it will master AT100.
If you use universal launcher on your watch, you can create .watch faces with watchmaker and then use them on your watch. watchmaker is an application for smartphones.
