Watch frozen. Won't turn off

Hi,


Not sure why but after charging to 99% the watch is now frozen on the face.


It shows the time it froze and the 99% power and date.


What do I do to stop and restart it ?


I have an identical watch and it connects to the PC okay via the USB however the one that is frozen does not show any sign of connection at all.

Just keep pressing the power button until it shutdown.

Thank you. Tried this a few times without luck. Then left it for a while and did id again for about 1 minute and it worked.
