Watch flutters problem

Hi guys, hope you are fine. I’ve this problem: my watch flutters, have someone had this problem before? I tried to reset it but the twrp flutters too, so I think it’s an hardware problem. is there something I can do for fix it?
The watch is a kospet Prime.

Carefully open it open and check the cable connectors
