If I have contacted them with the problem I’m having and sent the a video like they have asked and now they will not respond to me in regards to fixing my watch or replacement what should I do about being ignored
Just keep trying . We dont officially support Allcall watches i’m afraid . I’m hoping you bought from aliexpress - bangood as i have had okay experinces with these sellers when there has been a issue
