is there a patch or settings for enabling ussd menu? the dialer works fine, couldn’t get the details in the ussd menu inorder to command actions.

Try and see If you can with Google gesture.
yep Tried, there is just a blue screen for command.
the content is not visible when ussd code is entered.
Not the issue of screen resolution It happened after the recent ROM update from the kospet web.
Even though the phone supports band upto 2100 MHz its not supporting a LTE sim which has coverage upto 2300 MHz, it do show the sim provider in the available carrier details
