USB Device not recognised?

Hi, my KW88 has now decided that it does not want to be recognized when I connect it to my PC.
It charges OK, but it will not let me connect it to my computer.
I have tried several cables, and also three other computers, with different operating systems, all of which worked till recently.
When I go to the Device Manager it says
Unknown USB device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)
Device Functions
Device Status
Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems (Code 43)
Can anyone help me?

KW88 - USB Device Not Recognised in Win 10

You can go into Windows device manager and look for any device showing issue. Normally with an exclamation mark against it. Sometimes it is as easy as right clicking on the problem device and choose “update driver” and then select an MTP driver (already on your PC and you should see a list of options when you click on “choose from available drivers”) and test it. In the days of Android 5.1 this usually works. If not, then you can install the MTK driver package.

In settings, connections, there should be a usb option, try that when connected to PC

@Moorie I don’t think that is the problem…

There is no USB option in settings on the KW88, I think that was on the KW88 Pro.
