If I still used a smartphone I would definitely like to leave it unlocked in my pocket while I’m outside. It would be really annoying if someone stole either that hypothetical phone or my watch, but I find it unlikely that either would be stolen, and it would probably be a good idea to change my passwords even if the stolen device had a screen lock. One situation where I think having a screen lock might be a good idea is if you have friends that likes to go into your accounts and mess around with you, but if your friends aren’t like that I would rather keep the device unlocked. And yes I would keep it unlocked while sleeping as well. The face unlocking does actually work, so maybe I could consider using if went back to phone, but for a device that is on my arm, I don’t see the point
What if it only stays unlocked for as long as it detects your heartrate? would you consider it a lock then?
I don’t use the app list on UL I have a couple favorites I use, but otherwise I use the app list on floating touch I find that much easier to use and is accessable from anywhere.
I don’t lock my phone or watch if they are ever lost I just the Google find my phone app and have it erase all data on device.

I still lock my house doors with the same limitations.
And I lock my devices to at least slow down the data theft to give me a chance to use the remote erasing of the device if it even has a slight chance to work!

If I had so many apps and especially so many favorites apps I would definitely use my ATV launcher :
I didn’t know this was such a big deal. I’ve checked the code, i’ve installed eBay and the solution is simple.
The eBay app label starts with a lowercase while the others are uppercases… That means it will come last after all the uppercase apps. I’ve modified the code to sort every app with lowercases. It now appears correctly sorted.

i already answered that : a launcher is not responsible for the security. As far as i know…
I tried to set the system to use UL as a launcher only one time.
I rebooted, the watch asked me witch launcher I wanted to use, I choose UL, only once.
But even then no password asked…
I tried to set ATV as the main launcher.
After reboot I have the same lack of password demand…
I’m afraid you’re right on that one too…
No idea of a workaround?
I have to admit that I don’t like your tone. Eric does this in his spare time. Nobody forces you to use UL. And instead of thanking you for the quick solution, your words are: “See, it wasn’t so hard.” Do you think that is an appropriate response ???
I was a programmer too and yes that was an easy one, I would say “Un grand classique” and I should have think about it myself!

If you read this entire conversation and not only the last post you should see I wasn’t the one asking for this fix but the one who said UL applist is the best on the Prime watches 
I think I praised UL and Eric’s work so many times that I can be forgiven for one slight critical comment or joke and not be bitten in the ass so fast.

Thanks so much Eric! I knew I wasn’t crazy… The three apps that wouldn’t behave were eBay, myQ, and gDMSS Plus (as you can see) all began with a lower case letter lol. I should have caught it. I appreciate all the time you put into the app. Check your PayPal soon :big_smile:

Hello Eric, please I have a question. I use UL 3.4.7 on my Kospet Prime 2 watch, but the google search widget with the microphone doesn’t work.

Maybe Google Search is not installed on the watch. I’ve not checked on KP2.
Just tested it on my KP2 and the large G works perfectly. Hitting the G opens Google Search.
Just tested the Microphone icon next to it and nothing happened…lol. I have Google Assistant installed. Is it for a different app?

I’ve always added a Google search widget instead of using the one built into the app. I think it looks nicer but that’s just me
