Ulysse Hardin Phantom - understated elegance

I had wanted to make a version of the Ulysse Hardin Freak (go to 2:00 here - https://www.youtube.com/watch?reload=9&v=oQanvesPvuU), but realized it was an impossibility for me to ensure all the gears will move correctly (Perhaps @Louis_Peek can figure it out!)

Some go clockwise, others go counter-clcokwise. :gear: :gear:

Louis - As I understand the “Freak”, the WHOLE assembly rotates to mark the minutes, hence ALL the gears - if in motion - must follow the assembly’s path. I sure can’t do that!

I’ll take a peek! …and sure you can do it! E Z Peazy!
Actually though, the Freak watch is nearly impossible. I think you would have to create one image for each movement in time. I’m kinda working on something like that now… shhhhhh!

Keep me posted!

How the ****?
What are you some kind of genius?
Engineer?
Just what is this, a CAD drawing?

It’s just a GIF I glomed (glahmd LOL!) off the internet, resized it, centered it, then rotated it.
