Some questions:
I see in one of your images the memory amount in the watch. If you add the partitions, 16Mb+945Mb+982Mb, it is not 4Gb. Do you know where is the rest? Is there another system partition or so?
I would like to wipe the my battery, because the watch switches off with 90%. Could I make it with this?

@Javier_Valero There are some other partitions (e.g. preloader, lk, logo, cache, recovery) which are not included in that list. Also, you see the used space of the listed partitions, not the size.
Wiping battery stats, if you are looking for this, can be done with “File manager” under “Advanced” menu of the recovery.

How can we enter twrp without pc? Is there any combination on boot?

No combination on boot, sorry.
If you root your watch, then you can use various app for rebooting in recovery, e.g. Mobileuncle Tools

Hi. i2 iqi have a smartwatch. I would like to flash the TWRP but I wonder what is the process for the flash tool recognizes the clock. It has to be switched off and plug the USB or watch on? Thank you

@Silver_Sm you can swap TWRP and boot.img before you flash them
Then the watch would enter recovery when you start it and you can press reboot recovery inside of the recovery to boot Android
