Thanks for reply. I am unable to go to settings. from home page nothing moving left to right swipe, or right to left . very bad condition.
Please try press and hold both buttons. If it doesn’t work, you can try to flash the firmware.

I just experienced the same issue with my Genesis and I held the power button down to force a reboot. The watch now works normal.

Hello, I had flashed the firware v.3.3… and fisrt time it dispaly complted OK. but I did not noticed the instead of Update It was default download was there in first time so it went well but after i saw in the tutorial it should update then again I selected update and download. after 30 minutes got error and struck with KOSPET screen even i try to power off screen goes off 15 sec and come back to kospet screen . now i am trying with download option … it is already 40 minutes passed still running. ( I do not know flashing the Firm ware how much it takes to complete Install?) si i am waiting for the result.

Please flash it a 2nd time. Make sure that you flash the firmware that I gave you. Use “firmware upgrade”

Hello, thanks now i have again started with firware upgrade… usually how much time take to complete? plesse reply. because from tool nothing can be seen whether running/downloading you can’t make what the tool is doing? flash screen just stays only. i will wait for response. thanks
If your watch is already connected, press and hold the power button to start flashing.
Hello, it is one hour now no response from flash tool. as u said i hold the power button not wake up / not flashing… what do do?
You don’t have to wait more then a few seconds. If it doesn’t start within this time, it won’t start.
Plaese choose another USB port and follow the instructions again step by step.

Today I had checked all the USB port with USB Flash drive and found all the ports are ok. I reinstalled the driver you gave and clicked the flash tool and started flashing the firmware with Firmware upgrade option. When I write this message 1/2 hr before started but still running. pls help me to solve.
i am not able find any action in Smart Phone Flash tool window. please look my earlier screen shot attached. can you give some solution to resolve this issue. now watch is dead? 
After connecting the watch to the computer, the flash tool below shows the progress of the process in color. This is not the case on your screenshot. This means that the flashing process will not start.
But this should start at the latest when the watch and the PC are connected (this seems to be the case)
and the watch’s power button is pressed and held for a while. This works even if the watch is completely drained.
Even if the flashing process goes wrong or is interrupted, it usually doesn’t damage the watch. I rather suspect that the hardware was already damaged and is now finally defective.
However, if I were you, I would try more. Also try to start the flash process by holding down both buttons.
Hi, Thank you so much for your support. I had flashed more than 3 times but not even one time the progress bar not at all show any color. Unfortunately the back butto watch got strucked and not working. Only power button I had used while flashing in progress I thinkbut nothing has been seen in progress.
So what to do? I think both hardware and software may noy be not responding . So I was really upset and do not know what to do? Please suggest any other method to wake / working condition of the watch. Hardly 2 1/2 years old. The Absolutely dead is any chance make the watch to ALIVE?

You could try opening the watch and briefly disconnecting the battery connector. Then reassemble and flash again. In this case without pressing the start button.
Opening the watch only makes sense if you are familiar with such things.
However, I should emphasize that I assumed a hardware defect right from the start. Flashing the software should only rule out the existence of a software problem.
And - even if it’s sad:
2 1/2 years is a good lifespan for these watches.
