Thor 4 Dual June Security Update

I have a problem with updating my Thor 4 Dual
I installed the update but I can’t apply it due to ok button out of screen i tried square and round but the same problem
Also i tried through universal launcher and the same result
Can anyone help me

Another problem is connection via Bluetooth
Always connect then disconnected message this is recent problem
