I do recall several years ago i had the same when i entered thailand at the airport had to fill in a document pay a small fee for a new smartphone. cant remember how much nearly 10 years ago

Where can I edit the APN settings? It shows full signal bars after inserting the SIM but data isn’t working.

Also has anyone installed/setup Intune Company Portal app or work profile?

@pling You can set APNs by going to the watch settings, then Connect then Mobile Networks.

Given that our watches use Android 7.1.1 and do not get security patches from Google - I don’t think setting up work or secure accounts will work. Even with pin number screen locks etc…

But I cannot confirm this as I don’t use them.

weird though last year i ordered a Kospet Hope same no issues at all coz thailand has bilateral deals with China .Kospet got sim as well

After inserting your sim you have to " turn on data " manually . Its on the same screen as where you turn on wifi , gps , bluetooth etc .

Can also turn it on in the same location as the APN. :+1:

just noticed if i toggle screen britghness level between min and max nothing happens to the screen brightness ,all power savings are off been looking for settings couldnt find any

The difference is not a lot but is working.
Maybe it’s just not very noticeable in some situations of lighting?

So a couple of little things to add.
If you have a brightness app or screen app installed it can override the brightness settings.
Secondly in the same settings area you are using
press and hold lower button and report if screen brightness changes…

Hopefully the power button (right top) will work and the rest ofcourse.
I am talking to someone about this issue and what to do with guarantee and so.

Excellent.
That’s good news.

I mentioned the long press of the lower button while you are on the pull down menu because it is fairly unusual setting… But strangely it does make brightness high or low…
