I donā€™t think they update the status on the web site. I purchased a Spovan Blade in Nov 2019 and it still shows ā€œProcessingā€ on my account. I have order code #3776 and have not received a tracking number yet. Iā€™ve waited 4 months and few more days donā€™t matter.

Thanks for the update. Iā€™ve ordered load of things over the last few months from china. Lego etc.

In the past, before Corona, it used to arrive after about a month. At present itā€™s taking 2to 3 months to arrive. Even DHL is taking a month and thatā€™s usual 7 days.

So please understand the delay. At least he letā€™s us know :slightly_smiling_face:

Just to keep you all in the loop.
DHL and affiliates have doubled the cost of shipping.
Thatā€™s something that Jason has had to take on his own. Itā€™s a real set back for him financially and also everything that is not high medical priority has been delayed.

So please donā€™t worry about order numbers and who is getting theirs first etcā€¦
This is a logistical nightmare but heā€™s doing his absolute best.
