It’s a KW88, follow this guide (it uses different watches but steps are the same):

it is not a Wear watch it is the kw88 smartwatch, try first to reset the watch before flashing anything if it does’nt work then you’ll need to flash the rom.

Посмотри в настройках пункт “Для разработчиков”. Если активирован, то попробуй отключить. Не помню, что я там переключал, но у меня появилось что-то подобное.
Спасибо за подсказки, но я не могу войти в настройки. Сверху и снизу экран активен только по паре миллиметров.
Извеняюсь, совсем запамятовал… Заходил в меню через установленный на компе MyPhoneExplorer. Там есть функция “Зеркалирование экрана”. Экран дублируется на мониторе в нормальном виде, без этих теней.
