Tethering or bluetooth problem on X5+

Watch Helper (tethering app) woks well on my X5+ since I decided to stop the two applications “IOS Notification Push” (running respectively “smartcardService” and “IosMsgService”) thinking that was only for iPhone. When I realized that was required for Android too, I restarted the watch and the two apps appear again in running apps but “Watch Helper” on my smartphone is unable to make the connection with the watch when I select it in the divices list, even if the Bluetooth is paired correctly.

Even after a RESET, Watch Helper can’t connect with the watch!!!
I tried M2D and the bluetooth manager can’t connect the watch too!!!

Are someone facing a similar problem?

Kernel: 3.10.72+

Yes,even after resetting the watch.
I’m not able until now tethering my smartphone’s notifications.
And since my december 2016 X5+ ‘out of the box’ was good with battery life and notification tethering with WatchHelper I hesitate to upgrade with wireless Update.

What did you recommend me?

when i wrote reseting i mean did you do a factory reset? if yes, then you should not have any problem to connect, turn on bt on both devices and from the phone search for your watch and then pair them. if problem still continue, plz notify and see what can be done.

Yes Sonia, I did the ‘Reset device’ in Settings menu.
Always, after the successful pairing, Watch helper (on my smartphone) see the watch in the divices list, I tap on it, it try to connect and fail.

in bluetooth how does the phone see the watch? do you see it twice or just once? if you can upload images that would be great because it should'nt be any issues with tethering.

YES!!!
Once M2d installed and paired, WatchHelper waked up too and connected to the watch by himself!!!
I uninstalled M2D (I try to let just a few app on the watch) and WatchHelper is ok now.

Thank you Sonia.

PS: I have already uninstalled and installed Watch Helper on the smartphone without any effect before that.

I hate M2D sender and the bluethooth manager apps because they stands permanently in the notification bar of the smartphone. Have you a solution to make them disappear from there?

Yes. And I don't speek about the notifications sent. The M2D sender and the bluetooth manager Apps stends in the smartphone notifications menu.

There is no such program. Only solution is to have independent SIM on the watch to use watch as a phone, or have second SIM in watch and redirect calls from phone o watch.
