System policy issue

Whenever i try to install an application that is not available on the play store and if i transfer it from my phone to use it on my watch it says “Due to system policy this application is not supported”.Anyway you can disable it and run the application?

It will be helpful to know your watch model and firmware version, to give best advice :ok_hand:

Open playstore on your watch. Open menu and open playprotect. Disable it. Not sure that it will help, but it’s worth a try.:wink:

its kospet prime se as for firmware how do i check that?
