Stops counting steps

After few days it suddenly stops counting steps.

Reboot, restart , turning Bluetooth off, unpairing with phone , nothing works for me. If anyone have idea that would be helpful.

Reset? You mean to factory setting?
If I do factory setting I again have to do setting for 4g ?
Now watch started to freez!! Lol

Yes, he means factory reset.
Go to the watch settings and then “reset equipment” then factory reset.
