What software works on the watch?

I can not find any apps in googleplay that I can connect to smartphone and watch. For example, I need an app to measure heart rate for 24 hours with sleep quality. Have already downloaded about 30 fitness apps down. All can not connect between watch and smartphone.

also gliderun (horrible app) and you can use the ones that use the camera for heartrate.
