You will need to check to see if there is a " over the air update " available . It not then you cannot update .

The only way to perform an update without PC is the over- the- air- update. You don’t need a link for it. Just go to watchsettings- about watch- system update. Check if there is an update available.

I have tried but there is no such updates
Then lay down and relax. You are up to date. If there is an important update, you’ll get it OTA.
