Are you serious ? Looking at the photo closely it looks like the watch has been burnt internally ?

Hello. Doctor. I cut the surface of the SIM card slot myself so that I can find the circuit breaker. Nothing burned.
If you cannot find someone with a broken one willing to sell you spares or looking on Aliexpress i dont think you will have much joy
