We have no contact to the manufacturer. That’s the reson why we usually don’t have the firmwares of these A8/A9 watches.
So the answer is no, sorry.

As many of all the new round smartwatches on the market actually : the specs of this watch are fake ! There is no GT200 A9 or 10, she’s on A8 ! So there is no A9 rom.

When I switch the launcher option and select the global launcher for the last time, a message appears saying the video is paused and I have to touch the launcher button a lot to get the launcher to open properly. I even installed version 3.7, 3.5, and 3.1, and it’s still the same.
Once again, that’s one of the reasons why all these watches are not supported here.
