I have a Lemfo Lem15 watch and tried to remove the sim, it will not come out without force (which I have not done). I have contacted the supplier who contacted the manufacturer who advised me to use a needle to gain access. I think this would definitely cause damage. Has anyone successfully removed a stuck sim?
The sim is now removed, it just needed a bit more force than I thought.
