Silent boot and shutdown

I cannot find an app to silence the watch. The Silent Phone app I used to have on Kospet prime isn’t working

Is there no such setting in your watch?
Setting - Sound- Power on sound (on-off)

Thanks for that…Settings>Sounds>Power on Sounds (right at the bottom)
