S1 smart watch

I have purchase S1 plus smartwatch from Banggood the watch is perfect but the only issue I am face is that I can’t make phone calls direct from the watch. But my data connection is working perfectly only calling issues I am facing, even I have tried multiple sim card but the issue remains the same only data connection is find. I have check sim status by going in settings-> more settings-> about phone in that sim status there carrier name is showing but in there service state is showing me that “out of service” I have also contact the carrier they said that from there side service is working fine the phone must have some issue. I think it is software problem because data connection is working perfectly so please guys help me to solve my calling issues on S1 plus smartwatch.

Yes I have check both 2G and 3G bands are supported, I even have check imei number that is also right, but I haven’t not check APNs can you tell me in detail how to check that

go to settings - connect - cellular networks - access point names  and there see if you somthing if you do then something is wrong with the 3g on the watch but if it is empty you need to fill it.

Yes I have check APN settings that is also right even I have cross check the APN settings both where right, I think this might be an IMEI issue or software issues because data connection on watch is perfect working with having any issues only calling is not working when ever I try to call it say mobile network not available.

if apn is correct and you have imei then that means the bands of the watch are'nt supported by you carrier that is why the smg that you get, try first to see if 2g works, put the watch on 2g and not 3g and also check if the the network of your carrier is registed in you sim settings. i hope it does'nt mean that there is a problem with imei.

Is there a way to stop this insane loud annoying music when watch gets started or when turning it off? Can be very disturbing in like business meeting its so loud sometimes watch restart itself one can get a heart atack from this. Was no Albert Einstein who did implement this. Greets!

put it in silent mode

Than my watch must be silent all the time and i need to hear if somebody is calling or i get a notification… I wish they would make a single swishhh sound and thats it but not a whole symphony :slight_smile: greets

leave it on vibrations or on low sound.

Not the be solution but i guess i have to live with it. Wait no do you know the manufacturer of the s1? Is it MAFAM ? I will write to them maybe they can and will fix this. Greets!

Sonia provided you a solution that is already available in the watch. But your answer is only to eliminate it completely? Maybe most of the other owners of these watches don't have a problem with how it operates so your one size fits all solution is not the best. Have a good day.

Yep i need to eliminate that symphony at the startup. Do you have the s1? Does your restart sometimes without a reason? Mine does that. And this sound is a nogo when my watch restart in a business meeting when i forgot to turn it silent. Anyway who would need this long sound at the start a simple swisshhhh would be enough in my opinion. Greets Ps. I ll try the silent startup app as sugested under our posts.

Took your suggestion and installed on my Samsung G7. Worked as advertised. So I side loaded it on my I4 Air and it also works to quiet both startup and shutdown. Maybe there is an app for everything. Everyone that is annoyed by the "noise" that reads this will be grateful. Thanks

I dont know where to post this, or where to begin. I bought a S1 plus(quad core) and I cant get anything done on this thing. I cant turn on any gestures because the tick is out of screen. I cant turn on google sync because that option is out of screen. Everything option is off screen on this thing, square or round. Its damn frustrating. Beyond that, its just generally flaky as heck. The interface is garbage. The battery is garbage. Options get switched after I switch them on or off. Bluetooth is flaky. Can I flash this to any other version that will give me a better interface? I"ll give you any info you need about the watch. Thanks!

yes, this is a downgraded watch that is why our developers do'nt work with them, even with square option you do'nt reach the buttons? i have the s1 (not +) and never had problems with reaching any thing on apps. 

Mostly the hamburger menus out of view but the tick on/offs are gone or off screen too. I cant find a way to sync any accounts. I’ll try to get some decent pics for you all.
