yesterday i try my new x3+ with runtastic, 1 hour running , airplane mode , only GPS and runtastic activated battery dropped from %77 to %64. Here I attached 2 photos first one
with my samsung note 5 and second one with finow x3+ . anyone try other running applications with watch? or any suggestions? as you can see i m not happy the result of x3+ .
How did you install runtastic on the X3+?
I tried to do so on my X5+ but playstore tells me that the app is not supported on the device.

i installed from apk .. if you google " runtastic apk " you can find, or i can send u e-mail.. you can't install new version. i try v5.3.4 and v6.5 , install successfully but i m not happy GPS. its really disappoint me.. working bad.
today i tested runtastic again… i ran 10 km but it shows 6.54 km . one of big reason that i bought this watch runtastic but its not working correct… if anyone interested i decided to sell… have a good day

how do you know that you ran 10km? i have the x3+ and the s99a and a sport watch and basicaly they show me almost the same parameters.

i m running at same place everyday and running track is 1 km , i run 10 lap
You wrote you are in airplane mode and only using GPS receiver.
This surely will never give any good results since the GPS antenna is only sporadically pointing towards the sky making it difficult for the receiver to lock correctly to the signal.
Would be interesting if you could try without airplane mode and GPS set to “high accuracy” mode using GPS+Wifi+Cellular.

yes maybe you are right but i think i have problem with this watch, i just try gps test now and gps not working.. i reset watch try again , nothing. decided to send back watch.. Thank You

With my experience with the X3+ you were lucky to only lose 13% These watches have TERRIBLE battery life when gps or 3g is active. Also no way the gps is good enough connectivity-wise to expect any kind of accuracy while running. You pretty much have to take it off your wrist and hold it up to a clear sky to get any kind of accurate reading.
