Recommendation for basic but customizable watch

Hello all. I’d like a recommendation for a round watch that supports customizable faces. I think the only other feature I’d care about is possibly bluetooth tethering - I don’t see myself using the watch as a full phone at the moment. Flashlight function (besides bright white face) would also be neat.

How cheap can I find something that will allow full watch face customization?

It has 5 installed once and Dafit as “some” good faces.
If you want something better you gotta increase your budget 94 dollars or buy a branded watch
