Receiving calls

hi

I have a allcall w1. when i receive a call the watch only vibrates like it does for a normal sms.

Is there a way to change that, and make it vibrate longer? for example until i answer or decline.

ON another note.

when i receive a call is it possible for the screen to show the person who is calling and the name? more or less like this
