Hi there thanks for the reply. Can I ask why? I know it’s not the best watch, but it’s from the same brand so is it not possible at all? It would be so great if someone could get it to work. Or maybe some knows of a Bluetooth app that allows me to control Spotify. Thanks.
It is because we cannot support all the warches out there and this one has a very low screen resolution.
Because of this hardly anyone purchased it and we have to try and look after the bulk of the market.
We make nothing at all by providing these forums and donations are extremely rare.
We just can't afford to cover all the models out there.
I'm sorry about that but we have to be realistic.

What was the problem with your watch?
can I try some I4 FW if I run AQR-LAUNCH-I4-HEHUI-V04-20170425 now? If yes, which one?
And what’s about DM368 or Lemfo LF16? I know, those are different models, and I have “physically” DM368, but already tested FW’s for LF16 and I4. Anyone with similar experience?

I believe that, the one with " CAMERA" is only for the I4 Air as it is the only IQ4 model that has a camera so far. I would also add that I have not installed this firmware, that has the BT Call feature, on my I4 Air as it is untested and I have not been able to find the stock firmware to flash back to watch in case there is a problem with this firmware.
I have a big problem. My watch is dead since this Update. The flashtool has not flashed the firmware.
What can I do now??
Sorry to hear that. If you expect to get help though, you should express yourself more clear what’s your smart watch model? which firmware did you try to install? how did you try to install it? what do you mean with “dead”?
I have a Xlyne Xeta NW Pro watch with the firmware Build KW98 etc. My problem is now, the SP Tool Flasher stopped by Download Flash 0% and go not further.
The watch is dark and no reboot. In a another thread, was the idea, my smartwatch was a KW 98.
KW98_V1.3_B_20171111 was the firmware, which I try to flash.
I think the original Firmware can help, but where can I find this??

I am currently running AQR-LAUNCH-I4P-1601-Fitness-HEHUI-BT-NHT-V01-20171121. Have downloaded the 1602 one but i have custom fw and root with specific apps, so dont wanna break something which is going good. Regarding BT call it works but sometimes (very less) it disconnects. I use it with watchdroid so maybe that is the cause but some days i can go 24 hrs with rock solild watch droid and BT call connected. Hope it answers ur question.
