Question : using an alternative launcher, how to make animated wallpapers actually work?

Hi guys,

I use an alternative launcher (nova launcher prime).
When trying to apply an animated wallpaper, so far it says “App non installed”.
Do you have some (tested & confirmed) way to override this?

Have you looked into " universal launcher ? " . Lots of info on this in this forum with great support from all .

You need root access to install wallpaper support.

Sorry but i did not do it… i only know that it’s blocked by the FW and you will need root to modify this, but i don’t know how…

Ya,its blocked,it says,live wallpaper not supported

sp it isnt really full android. my q1 pro wasnt a complete full android either, some stuff was not installed at all.
