Question RE: Hope_B_20191024

The latest update I have is Hope_B_20191024. Since updating I have noticed that even though my battery meter may read 66%, when I go to check for any app updates, the watch battery drops to 0% and proceeds to shut down. When I reboot, the watch meter may read 55% but any action attempted results in a sudden battery loss to 0% and proceeds to shut down. Any ideas short of resetting and rebuilding my watch to fix this issue?

I would try a factory reset…

I have the same problem. Did the factory reset solve it?

Besides the sudden shutdown I also find my watch is often charging incredibly slow or not at all. I already opened it and checked and cleaned physical connections. I suspect the battery is end of life. Does anyone where a replacement battery can be bought?

Thanks to @Eric_Crochemore, I learned to factory reset after any first update. My issues were resolved with reset.
