quality of GPS and 4G LTE

Did any of you test GPS with the “GPS Test” app to see how fast the Thor 4 gets a 3D fix and how good the signal strength is? Does the Thor 4 maintain a 3D fix when you are moving like when you are walking, biking or driving a car ?


And does the Thor 4 maintain a stable 4G connection when you are moving?


On my Lemfo LEM7 GPS and 4G are way under par

yes, the antennas on the lem7 are too short but if i’m not mistaken with the new units the problem was fixed but not sure, i have the i7 which is basically the same as the lem7 and the thor4 so i’ll flash it with firmware of the lem7 and check gps. BT, wifi and 3g work well on it also google maps work fine on it.

My LEM7 has thin film antennas in the wrist straps and the combined wifi/bt/gps antenna works fine for wifi and bt.

I am still hoping to get some answers from thor 4 users…
