Correct me if I am wrong,i think is better to buy the product from direct sales of the Original OEM or brand,sometimes some companies want to play stupid,meaning selling the hardware and no the software and you have better device later on,like the case of Lemfo Lem6 , ti Tenfifteen F3 same hardware,but different software,in this case the bluetooth calling feature, by the way i do own the Lem6 ,good device,the first really first waterproofing Ip67 , install and root the device with russian firmware, no google service or play and i have a day in half of battery life.
so what happen, this time from the seller side, like Banggood,Aliexpess and Gearbest its no the first time that i own this type of devices and the period of time of warranty claim i got lucky to return or get the refund, mostly a refund lucky me,but with useless device, so don’t buy a device made with plastic and watches build it with antennas in the band, instead the OEM or the seller have the part,sadly they don’t carry or have in stock,we need to check that and ask to seller the possibility to have it or how can we get it period.
The period for warranty claim of this type devices is the 3 a 6 months,but the period to get a full a refund is one month of course depend what happen with the device,in my case the Lem6 past 5 months already, so the watch, it broke, the hard plastic,its waterproof,never open,i can’t wear it because broke in the case where the band is attach(removable band) and you can see the screw that tied the two part case together of the watch. They said that i have to send it back for repair well “”, i doubt it.,oh sorry they said first to take it to a local watch repair store and i said, do you know what are you saying to me,it doesn’t make sense,so i did send it back cost $25 from USA,they suppose to check the watch to repair and if they can’t,they will refund it or a new watch if they have it in stock or in money of the original price plus the shipping back,that i paid. so i have to wait to see what happen, its unto them not to me.
So when you buy this type of device be smart buyer and ask the seller for parts if they carry or how cant i get it and have it in record, don’t buy a device, made it with whole plastic or plastic and steel and remember about the band,check it first.

Something else,why you can’t have a feedback from the OEM,I did write to Lemfo,its not first time to email to them and they never respond back to me,its sad,the last time that i am going to buy a watch from them
sorry to hear but what they’ve offered is good consider many buyers get only part of the refund and not always a full refund or a replacement.
it is about the quality of the watch, i had the finow x3+ which the band broke after few months and of course the H2 which got damaged only after few days and of course the kw99 which have been through ALOT and still works and looks great.
